Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: All orders shipped to the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses are shipped free of charge.
Q: I just finished placing my order. When will I get it?
A: With rare exception, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer.
Q: Do you offer faster shipping options?
A: At this time, Fabulosokids offers only standard shipping. However, if we find that a large number of our customers would prefer expedited shipping options, we will certainly include them as an additional, for-fee service in the future. Just let us know if it’s important to you.
Q: I accidentally used the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: As soon as you can, send an e-mail to email@example.com. If the order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll gladly change the shipping address for you. If it has shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to fix the problem for you but we’ll let you know about it via e-mail.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, Fabulosokids does not ship internationally other than to US Territories and FPO/APO addresses. As is always our policy, we will begin shipping internationally if we know that a large number of customers would use the service, so please let us know if you’re interested!
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses
Q: How are orders delivered outside of the 48 contiguous states?
A: All shipping is free, and the packages are sent via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. USPS Priority or First Class Mail can take 8-10 business days to arrive in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories and to APO/FPO addresses.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: We do not offer order tracking at this time as all orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. However, if we find that a large number of our customers would prefer order tracking, we will make it available at an additional cost. Just let us know if it’s something you’re interested in.
Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: We don’t require a signature when we ship your package in most instances. However, the Mail Carrier or other delivery driver may decide to choose to obtain a signature at their discretion. If you would prefer to sign for your delivery, please let us know by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Additional charges for this extra service will apply.
Q: If I have to send something back, what will it cost?
A: In a word—nothing! All returns from purchases originally shipped to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses are free of charge. Please note return shipments must also be shipped from the United States. More About Our Return Policy
Q: I want to return an item! How do I do it?
A: If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Fabulosokids experience, you can return your item for a full refund within 366 days of purchase. That’s right, Return for A Year and A Day℠! (Returns must be unworn, in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging.) The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get a Return Authorization and a Domestic Prepaid Return Label by logging in at Fabulosokids.com
1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
4. Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Checked Item box.
5. If you would like to receive a Fabulosokids Site Credit, please check the box at the top. Otherwise, choose the second box to receive a refund.
6. Then click 'Return Item(s)' at the bottom of the page.
7. We will e-mail a Return Authorization and Domestic Prepaid Return Label to you within 12 hours.
8. Please print the Return Authorization page to include inside the shipping box along with your merchandise.
9. Seal the shipping box well and tape the Domestic Prepaid Return Label to you shipping box with clear packing tape.
10. You can either put in your mailbox for your carrier to pick up, or take it to a convenient United States Post Office location. Either way, you pay nothing!
If you would prefer, we would be happy to mail the label to you. Just put a check in the box that says “Please mail my Documents.” If you select this option, please allow 7-10 business days for the label to arrive. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and inside in a shipping box. If there are any barcodes on the box, use a black marker to scribble them out. Attach the Domestic Prepaid Return Label to the sealed box with our address clearly visible. It’s important to cover all old labels with the new one, or to otherwise remove them if that’s not possible. It may take up to 10 business days for your return to reach Fabulosokids. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days or if you have chosen to receive Fabulosokids Site Credit, your Fabulosokids Site Credit will appear immediately upon our approval of your return . It may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for your credit card company to post to your account.
Q: Someone sent me a gift but I want to return it. Can I?
A: Fabulosokids is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please e-mail email@example.com for assistance returning the item. She will need some information to determine which account the gift was purchased on including the phone number, first and last name, and email address of the person who gave you the gift. Gifts must either be refunded to the original purchaser’s form of payment or we can process an exchange for you for another item. If you would prefer to exchange for another item and if you don’t already have a Fabulosokids account, please create one using the e-mail address that you used to contact Donna. It’s easy—just click on the “My Account” link at the top of any page.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: It may take up to 10 business days for your return to reach Fabulosokids. Q: Can I use a prepaid return label while I’m in a country other than the United States?
A: Although we wish things were different, to use our prepaid return labels you must be sending from the United States, one of its territories, or an APO/FPO address.
Q: How do I know what size to buy?
A: First of all, as practical advice, we suggest that you always err on the side of buying things for children one size larger than you think would be perfect. Let’s face it—kids grow faster than we can produce product, and so having something a little too big today will quickly become something a little too small!

A: Yes! Fabulosokids wants to be sure that you feel confident that our site is safe and secure. Q: Do you honor Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
A: At this time Fabulosokids accepts only PayPal payments.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: Fabulosokids LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida, and every item we sell to Florida addresses is subject to Florida sales tax. Important Sales Tax Information We don’t collect sales or use taxes in most states. In states that impose sales or use taxes your purchase is taxable unless it is specifically exempt. In some states you must file a tax return at the end of the year reporting all of your taxable purchases that were not taxed, and requiring you to pay the tax due. Details may be found on the website of the taxing authority in your state. Below are some states that require special consideration. Oklahoma In Oklahoma the tax may be reported and paid on the “Oklahoma Individual Income Tax Return [Form 511]” or by filing a “Consumer Use Tax Return [Form 21-1]”. Both forms are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, www.tax.ok.gov. We are required to provide this notice for Oklahoma purchases based on Oklahoma law (HB 2359) enacted in June 2010. Q: What is Fabulosokids Site Credit?
A: Fabulosokids Site Credit may be issued for returns and can be used to make purchases on the website. When you return something, you have the option to 'Receive Site Credit' or 'Refund.’ If you select 'Receive Site Credit' you will receive Fabulosokids Site Credit for the amount of your return—all of the normal return procedures must be finished before your credit will be available for use.
Q: How do I use Fabulosokids Site Credit?
A: The only way to apply site credit is through the shopping cart. Once you have selected the items you would like to take home, just click the “Apply Site Credit” button, and the credit will be applied to your purchase. If there is any credit left over, it will remain in your account until the next time you shop with Fabulosokids.
